The 2nd Chinese-Swedish Language Exchange Meetup

Details
We have always been dedicated to find a new learning model that differs from traditional classroom, hoping this new model could serve Swedish and Chinese from different background in a more efficient, professional and fun way. However, to be completely honest, this is difficult, especially in the not-very-well developed Chinese-Swedish academic arena where experience as reference is scarce.
For exactly this reason, we are trying different things in our first events and invite teachers in teaching Chinese as foreign language with new ideas to join us. And of course, the most important thing of all the most important things, we hope to have more Swedish friend in our event. As the old Chinese saying goes, “the more the stronger”.

We have improved 2nd meet-up based on the experience of our last event.
Time: 2015 June 7th, 7:00pm-9:00pm
Venue: Norine的小院. From Weigongcun Subway Station, Exit D, go straight in the West for around 300 meters. It is on the south side of the road.
It is a lovely little cafe that kindly offered us the space for free. We will be very grateful if participants of our event could support us by having something to eat or drink here in the café. The café offers light food, coffee, alcoholic and soft drinks at very good prices.)
Event Overview
Part 1:To Learn
Chinese “电视剧” may not be as popular as American ones around the world but we have to admit that it’s a great tool to learning Chinese. But what TV series is a more proper tool of languae learning? What kind of TV series do we really need? What are the linguistic characteristics of the lines in TV series? What kind of culture differece does it embody?
This time, Miss. Zhang Jun and our Swedish friends will discuss their wonderings and findings in Chinese TV series. Let’s see if we can find some interesting learning tips, language points or culture differences. Miss Zhang Jun will also take on any questions on site and do speaking practices with attendees. (And of course, attendees with your own questions prepared will be strongly welcomed.)

To meet ever-evolving needs in learning Chinese, we will invite well-qualified Chinese teachers to share their pioneering understanding of Chinese learning and innovated teaching methods with us in our meet-up events, hoping to ignite new sparks between these fresh teaching concepts and Chinese & Swedish languages and to provide a platform especially for working Swedes to learn Chinese. We are also looking to establish an “Experiment Theatre” with these events in terms of culture exchange. We will invite talents from different sectors to share their stories and to bring us an authentic first-hand taste of Chinese and Swedish culture.
All friends who are interested in Swedish or Chinese are welcomed. We will see you here at 7pm. Early arrivals will be rewarded with a small gift :)
