Navigating the unexpected challenges and stresses of life can be incredibly overwhelming. It’s completely normal to feel lost or alone during these times. Often, it can seem like you’re walking a rocky path filled with missteps and moments of doubt, where making decisions feels difficult and progress seems just out of reach.
I’m here to support you as we explore your experiences together. We can work together to develop valuable skills and strategies that will empower you throughout your life.

The Addiction Recovery Group welcomes everyone 18 years or older. Whether you’re just beginning your journey by making small changes or are working to maintain an already-established recovery program, you’ll be welcome here.
- This is not a 12-step group. This is an evidence-based Cognitive-Behavioral recovery group.
- This is an open group that people can join at any time.
- Pre-registration is required. No walk-ins.
- Attendance is limited to six people.
What You'll Find:
- A Safe Space: The group offers a confidential and judgment-free space to openly discuss your challenges, setbacks, and triumphs.
- Opportunities to Enhance Self-Awareness: Through group discussions, you can gain insight into your addiction, triggers, and unhealthy coping mechanisms.
- Diverse Perspectives: Group members may share diverse perspectives and strategies for overcoming addiction, broadening your toolkit for recovery.
- Fostering of Accountability: Sharing your goals and progress with the group encourages accountability and motivates you to stay on track.
- A Supportive Community: Group therapy creates a sense of community and camaraderie, providing emotional support and encouragement during difficult moments.
Lastly, given the nature of our group, I do not use the payment option through MeetUp. Instead, I sign you in and accept payment upon entry at the meeting.
