FPGA Design Considerations and Best Practices

An informal discussion of the ins and outs of designing for FPGAs.

I've had this one in the queue for a long time and it's built up a long list of attendees. I'm hoping by creating a new meeting I can get a more accurate headcount.

I'm scheduling when Yura will be back in the US. He'll lead the discussion, and I'm expecting a few others will participate w/ who have some FPGA design experience.
