Come with questions and join us for a ChiRunning/Walking technique refresher designed to keep your practice fresh in your mind! If you've attended a ChiRunning or Walking workshop, excellent! If not, no problem.

Bring questions, and we'll begin with body looseners, and take you on a guided run/walk around Seward Park (2ish miles).

We'll meet at the Audubon Center.
