A healthy nervous system is not one that is always relaxed, but one that can move in and out of different states with relative ease.
How is your system? Stressed? Exhausted? Tense?
Let's take some time and explore. Through simple explanations, interactive activities, and guided awareness exercises, you'll gain a better understanding of how your nervous system influences your daily life. We'll start to map what it feels like in your body, and then deepen awareness as the month goes on.
Here's What You'll Learn:

  • Basic nervous system function
  • Create awareness around your reactions/stress
  • Learn techniques to shift out of stress mode
  • Begin to choose a different response & more effectively regulate your nervous system
