Chitta Space is for people who want to understand their inner experience more clearly, without pressure to fix, improve, or perform. The focus is on awareness as it shows up in real life, in movement and in stillness, in ease and in tension. I am Partha Sarathi, based in Berlin, with a background in science, mindfulness, and facilitation. I create simple, grounded spaces for reflection and inner stability.

We offer simple, structured spaces to slow down and observe attention, emotions, and habitual reactions as they unfold. The approach is secular, grounded, and practical, drawing lightly from psychology, neuroscience, and direct observation.

This is not therapy and not a motivational group. It is a space for honest self-observation, shared inquiry, and building inner steadiness that supports daily life, work, and relationships.
