After you've been doing this work for a time, one of the great rewards is the freedom that comes from breaking longstanding patterns. You work on it and work on it and then one day you wake up and you feel lighter. You go through your day, feeling peaceful in moments that would normally trigger you in the past. It's truly incredible to discover this new way of being.
That's exactly what we will be exploring in Module 3—NEW WAYS OF BEING.
(Available only to those who have completed Modules 1 & 2)
Specifically, we will cover:
- How to identify patterns and lay the groundwork for change
- How to navigate fear and fear-based decisions
- How to set yourself free from triggers
- How to support yourself instead of tear yourself down
- How the bodymind interacts with well-being including disease
- How to cultivate connection with Self and others
