VETERAN'S PARK SATURDAY MORNING BIRD WALK

We will look for resident species such as Great Blue Heron, along with migrating warblers and other birds that stop here prior to crossing the Gulf for the winter. Click on these links to see checklists from years past that give an idea of what might be in the park: 2023, 2024. Meet at 7:30 AM on the north side of the Destin/FWB Convention Center parking lot. Bring water and binoculars; wear closed-toed shoes, long pants, and a hat.
You do not have to be an Audubon member to attend. This event is free and open to the public.
