Veterans Park Bird Walk

We will look for resident species such as Great Blue Herons, along with migrating warblers, and other birds that stop here prior to crossing the Gulf for the winter. Meet at 7:30 AM on the north side of the Destin-FWB Convention Center parking lot. Bring water and binoculars; wear closed toe shoes, long pants, and a hat, as some of the walk may cross over dunes and follow trails through underbrush.
You do not need to be a member to attend.
