About us

Welcome to this group, this is a space for choosing yourself.
A space to pause, step out of autopilot and explore what it might look like to live with greater intention, self-awareness and connection.

Drawing on Psychology, Neuroscience and Ancient Wisdom, we explore the ideas, practices and conversations that can invite us to look at ourselves and our lives from a different perspective.

Why this group exists
Maybe your life looks good from the outside — and yet, quietly, something doesn't quite fit.
Maybe you've spent years being there for everyone else and have lost touch with what you need, want or value.
Or perhaps there isn't anything particularly wrong. You simply feel curious. You sense there is another way of experiencing your life and want to explore it.
You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to be curious enough to show up.

Who you'll meet here
People who are thoughtful, curious and ready to explore themselves more deeply.
People who may look like they have it all together, while privately wondering what comes next.
People who are tired of running on autopilot.
People who want to explore what it means to live their life authentically.
There is no particular version of yourself you need to become.
Come exactly as you are.

What we'll explore together
✦ Talks — aimed to spark insight, applicable to everyday life.
✦ Workshops — mindful, warm and hands-on two hour sessions.
✦ Retreats — a day, or occasionally a weekend, creating space to slow down, breathe, reflect and reconnect.

Expect honest conversations, meaningful reflection, practical exercises and genuine human connection.
No pressure to perform.
No need to have the right answers.
No expectation to share more than feels comfortable.
Just space to pause, explore and connect.

Small groups. Meaningful experiences.
Gatherings will intentionally remain small so there is room for real conversation and connection.
Places may therefore be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If a particular date speaks to you, don't wait too long to say yes to yourself.

And this isn't only about London.
Beyond London: keep watching this space as new locations and experiences develop. Planning a weekend away or travelling somewhere new? You may find one of our gatherings along the way.

With warmth and joy, always,
María

Keep shining, beautiful soul. The world needs your light. ✨ 💫

YOUR MEETUP GROUP ORGANISER

Maria
For almost two decades, María loved her life — or so she believed...

A successful corporate career, a great circle of friends, a loving family. And yet, quietly, something had shifted. She felt disconnected. Stuck on autopilot.

Then came her wake-up call.

After a particularly chaotic week, a small car accident stopped her completely, and she asked herself: if her life ended today, was she living the one she truly wanted? The answer turned her world upside down. She left everything behind and began again.

María trained as an ICF Certified Executive Coach and Facilitator, and completed an MSc in Psychology with Neuroscience (UK). Since then, she has held over 1,500 1:1 Coaching sessions and facilitated training sessions. She has also developed her own signature programmes, blending concepts and ideas rooted in Psychology, Neuroscience and Ancient Wisdom.

Today, her goal is simple: to offer you the space she once needed herself — to pause, reflect, and reconnect with who you really are. Not one day. Not when everything is ready. Now.

If any part of this feels familiar, she'd love for you to join.
