Choose954 Community Cold Plunge + Sauna Meetup
The Plunge Deerfield Beach, 1574 SE 3rd Ct, Deerfield Beach, FL, USBroward County loves to train. Gyms are full, studios are packed, and people are constantly pushing themselves to do more.
But what has been missing is a space that focuses just as intentionally on recovery.
That is exactly why Choose954 is teaming up with The Plunge Recovery Station in Deerfield Beach to host a Community Plunge + Sauna Meetup, a guided contrast therapy experience built around science, sustainability, and feeling better in your body so you can keep showing up for your life.
This is not about extremes or chasing trends.
It is about resilience. Longevity. Consistency.
Built From Experience, Not Hype
The Plunge was founded by Jason Foltz after eight years of traveling the world racing Ironman events. He learned firsthand that training alone does not build longevity. Recovery does.
Cold plunging and sauna became part of his routine, not something he did occasionally. The results were simple and undeniable.
Less soreness. Fewer aches. Better energy. More consistency.
Recovery That Is Welcoming, Guided, and Human
Cold plunging can feel intimidating, especially alone. But you do not need to be an athlete, a biohacker, or tough to belong here.

The Science Behind Cold Plunge + Sauna
A lot of the modern understanding of contrast therapy has been popularized through research discussed on the Huberman Lab podcast, hosted by Stanford neuroscientist Andrew Huberman, Ph.D.
According to Huberman Lab discussions, consistent cold exposure can help:

- Reduce inflammation and muscle soreness

After the session, anyone interested is welcome to join for an optional lunch nearby and connect with other locals who are building healthier rhythms in real life.
Towels are provided, change of clothes and bag to put your clothes in is highly recommended.
