### About the Speaker

At 21 years old, Neysa Herrera left her homeland of Colombia with an accent,
uncertainty, and an unshakable belief that she was meant to change the world. What
she didn’t know then was that the very doubts she carried would become the catalyst for
her greatest transformation.
Today, Neysa stands as a bold example of what’s possible when you refuse to be
defined by fear, self-doubt, or the limits others place on you and instead choose to
master your life from the inside out. She is a respected public-sector leader, Economic
Development Director, and entrepreneur who has broken barriers in local government,
leading high-stakes initiatives that strengthen communities, empower small businesses,
and drive sustainable growth, while elevating personal responsibility as a foundation of
strong leadership.
But Neysa’s most profound work didn’t happen in organizations, it happened internally.
Her journey through senior leadership roles was not easy; it was transformative.
Like many high achievers, Neysa battled impostor syndrome while outwardly
succeeding. Rather than hiding from it or learning to live with it, she chose to master it
by transforming her awareness, beliefs, and emotional state. That inner shift changed
everything.
Her message is both simple and powerful:
Your past does not limit your future — it fuels it.
Your doubts are not a sentence — they are a signal calling you to break free from
your limiting beliefs.
And the story YOU DECIDE to create is your greatest source of power.
Neysa is on a mission to help others — especially high achievers who feel stuck in self-
doubt.— reclaim their confidence, clarity, and sense of purpose. Her work blends lived
experience, leadership rigor, and deep inner transformation to help people move
beyond performance and into true presence, ownership, and personal power.
At CreativeZen Talks, Neysa isn’t just sharing her story, she’s creating a moment of
awakening.

This is your moment to stop questioning yourself, step into uncertainty where anything
is possible, and take command of your life, your narrative, and your potential.
