About us
This group is for adults in Central New Jersey who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that shape how they show up in the world—especially around boundaries, guilt, and emotional responsibility.
Many people in this space are thoughtful, capable, and deeply attuned to others—yet struggle to choose themselves without anxiety or self-doubt. This group offers trauma-informed, educational workshops and discussions that explore why these patterns form and how to relate to yourself with more steadiness and compassion.
Events are educational and reflective, not group therapy. The focus is on understanding attachment patterns, nervous system responses, and relational dynamics in a way that feels grounded, respectful, and emotionally safe.
This group may be a good fit if you:
Feel guilty when setting boundaries
Tend to people-please or over-function
Were expected to be “the responsible one” growing up
Want insight and growth—not quick fixes
Events will be hosted in person in Central NJ and facilitated by a licensed trauma- and attachment-focused therapist.
You’re welcome here exactly as you are.
