Chopsticks⭐️ 是一個以東亞及東南亞文化為主題的華人+聚會群組，我們致力為 ESEA（東亞及東南亞背景人士）打造一個有質素、有文化氛圍的交流空間。
活動將會與 Meetup 上的 「跟我學廣東話 - 北約克」 合辦：

活動資訊會公佈在此群組或「Ladder Group」內。
這些活動旨在幫助東亞人與自身文化重新建立連結，並透過中華文化加深對亞洲的認識與理解。
所有參加者都應遵守基本的東亞文化禮儀與行為準則。
🔸 光懂語言是不夠的，還要了解語言背後的文化。
常用語言包括：英語、粵語、普通話。
文化與飲食類活動主要圍繞：中、韓、日、越等，亦會不定期包括印尼、菲律賓、泰國等亞洲文化與美食。
大部分活動地點只舉辦一次，錯過就冇下次。
不具備基本文化素養或無視 ESEA 禮儀者，將會被移出群組。
Chopsticks⭐️ is a Chinese+ group focused on cultural events for East & Southeast Asians. We strive to create a high quality environment for ESEA to gather.
Events will be held in conjunction with Learn Cantonese with me - North York on Meetup: https://www.meetup.com/learn-cantonese-with-me-north-york
The events will be posted here or in the ladder group.
These events help East Asians connect with their own culture, and Chinese culture to grow the knowledge they have of Asia. All attendees are expected to practice basic East Asian etiquette, manners, etc
Speaking the language is not enough. One must also know the culture behind the language.
Key spoken languages include English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Cultural/Food events mostly include Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese but not limited to Indonesian, Filipino, Thai cuisine in the mix.
Most event locations are done once, there is no next time.
Individuals that lack etiquette and understanding of ESEA culture will be removed from the group.
