This session is a simple, experiential awareness practice — not a lecture and not a religious teaching.
The term “Christ Consciousness” here does not refer to belief or doctrine.
It points to a quality of inner presence — stillness, clarity, and awareness — that many traditions describe in different ways.
We will practice together in silence and gentle guidance, allowing direct experience rather than concepts.
About the facilitator
> The session is guided by a trained mindfulness teacher and instructor, with formal training completed at Holbeck College.
> Alongside structured mindfulness education, he has been deeply studying contemplative and awareness-based traditions for many years, with a strong emphasis on direct experience rather than theory.
> His approach is gentle, practical, and grounded in lived practice.
What to expect:
- grounding and body awareness
- mindfulness of breath, sensations, and thoughts
- resting in open awareness
- optional short sharing at the end
