We're kicking off 2025 CXŌ with a panel, mini workshop and networking event at the incredible PwC Experience Centre. What better a way to get back together and hear about what we've all been up to!?

Anna Watson
Associate Director - Human Centred Design at PwC
Anna is an experienced human-centred design consultant who shows up with empathy and curiosity. Originally a corporate lawyer, Anna has since built her expertise in service design, customer experience, customer strategy, and stakeholder engagement. Anna leads PwC's Customer Transformation practice for the Ōtautahi/Christchurch office. In the weekends, you'll find Anna out in the hills - hiking, mountain biking, or both.

Emma Alderson
Customer Experience and Insights Lead at Meridian
Emma Alderson is a human-centered researcher, designer, and leader with a passion for creating meaningful, customer-focused experiences. As the Customer Experience and Insights Lead at Meridian Energy, she guides a multidisciplinary team in delivering innovative, insight-driven solutions across the Meridian and Powershop brands. With a strong foundation in CX, UX, and research, Emma excels at connecting customer needs with business strategy, fostering collaboration, and driving impactful change. Her approachable leadership style and curiosity about emerging energy trends make her a valued voice in the experience design community.

Tracey Wilson
Outreach and Insights Leader at Toitū Te Whenua Land Information NZ
Tracey Wilson is a strategic marketing and communications leader with extensive B2B and product marketing experience. With a background spanning global marketing roles and more recently local government projects, Tracey brings experience of making changes that focus on delivering better outcomes. Currently part of the Customer Engagement leadership team at Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand, she is known for her collaborative leadership, stakeholder engagement, strong communication skills, and customer-centric approach.
