This month we will be talking email deliverability. Lukas (from SMTP2Go) has kindly offered to do a brief presentation on some practical things that people can do to improve inbox delivery. Trust, Engagement, Relationship, Consistency/Patience, Reputation, Authentication, Saying Goodbye, Seeking Help, Practical Inclusions and Exclusions. Lukas's Bio is below.
As usual, we'll run this session in the Epic Building. Epic have kindly donated drinks to support this event.

A bit about Lukas
I've worked in IT since I graduated in 2002 and I have been working at SMTP2GO for 13 years. I started with basic support and learning what people were doing with email. From there I worked on company training documentation and built up a global support team of 13 people. We now have tens of thousands of customers globally, and we have a split of transactional and marketing email clients.
