Visions - Graduation dinner - set menu $55

This is the lovely dinner where the graduating chefs design the menu themselves and we get to meet them at the end of the meal. Due to popularity of the event and chef's family's taking priority we only have 12 spots, so this is going to fill up fast and I won't be able to increase the booking. We will have a table for 8 and another for 4.

The menu with consist of four courses.
Each course with follow the below:
1st- Vegetarian dish.
2nd- Salmon dish.
3rd- Beef dish.
4th- Bavarois for dessert.

As it is a set menu it is not suited for guests with dietary requirements.
