Looking to improve your health in a relaxed, friendly environment? Whether you're dealing with digestive issues, managing stress, or just want to learn how to boost your overall wellness, our community meetup group is here to help.
Organised by a local health coach and breathwork instructor. Offering expert advice on improving your gut health, overall well-being and stress management. If you’ve got questions or are just curious about how to feel better, this is the place for you!
Each session is a laid-back, supportive space where you can connect with others who are also working on their health. Share experiences, ask questions, and learn practical tips that you can use right away.
When: Every 1st Friday of the month, 10-11:30 AM (subject to change if times are not suitable for everyone. Please provide feedback on this. To also potentially add every 3rd Friday of the month too).
