Learn the first fermentation process, which creates a great Kombucha, ready to drink on its own. Learn how to do a second fermentation and confidently add your own flavours to bring a unique taste and sparkling effervescence to each bottle. 🍾🍹
You will jump right into the process on how to brew your own Kombucha then I'll show you how to do a second ferment to bring in unique flavours of blueberry, strawberry 🍓, and blood orange.
I'll cover sterilization and the process of keeping your SCOBY alive.

My home is on the hill of Mt Pleasant overlooking the estuary which is tidal and you can see expansive views of Pegasus Bay and the South Pacific Ocean. 🌅 On a clear day, you can see the Kaikoura ranges 🏔🌻 , on a wet day enjoy the ever-changing tidal estuary.
