Learn the first fermentation process, which creates a great Kombucha, ready to drink on its own. Learn how to do a second fermentation and confidently add your own flavours to bring a unique taste and sparkling effervescence to each bottle. ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿน

You will jump right into the process on how to brew your own Kombucha then I'll show you how to do a second ferment to bring in unique flavours of blueberry, strawberry ๐Ÿ“, and blood orange.

I'll cover sterilization and the process of keeping your SCOBY alive.
