FRIDAY NIGHT OUT - Lets Go HIMALAYAN (well its more Kiwi actually!)

Hi everyone,

It's been a while since we visited this casual, cute restaurant but I remember the fablous service, extensive Kiwi and Himalayan food choices and extremely large meals!

Hillary House Restaurant is a warm and inviting dining spot located at 493 Papanui Road in Christchurch. Inspired by the legendary Sir Edmund Hillary, the restaurant offers a fusion of international cuisines, blending Kiwi classics with Asian, European, and Indian influences. The menu features hearty dishes like roast lamb, butter chicken, BBQ ribs, and crispy pork belly, along with vegetarian options and indulgent desserts such as chocolate brownie and Kit Kat sundae
