Presenters:

Jacqui Lyders – Senior Account Manager COMPETENZ
Jacqui has worked in several roles at Competenz across many industries and has a large number of companies in her portfolio across the South Island where she helps companies plan, execute and achieve their learning and development goals, enhance what they already have or simply to provide advice. Previous to this Jacqui worked within the manufacturing sector where she found her passion in learning and development and how from personal experience she used this to shape great practices and systems to help companies increase their people capacity and capability.

Chris Benn
Competenz partners up with Chris Benn from Bencol to equip operational leaders with the skills and knowledge to embed sustainable change in their organisation. Chris has a vast background in productivity improvement and will share how your business can benefit from exploring new concepts, new ways and adapting to our new worlds. We may not be able to change what is happening around us but we can change what is happening within us.
During the Covid pandemic, Jo Williamson from Golden Goose Foods Ltd reached out to Jacqui about what Competenz could do for her rapidly growing company. Even though Jo is in the early stages of her training journey with Competenz Jo will share her experience of partnering with Competenz, Bencol and other providers to grow her people and shape her organisation for the future.
So come along, listen, learn about how your organisation can engage and up skill current staff and take advantage of the renewed subsidies available. This funding will allow you to unlock your organisations greatest potential – your people!

This will be a hugely popular event so make sure you RSVP early. We look forward to seeing you there.

Regards Roz
