James Tan will be sharing the ups and downs that he experienced while running Digital Confectioners over the last 15 years. The key takeaways are the strategies he used to manage the stress, control his own ego and cultivate business relationships while through some of the massive highs and deepest lows.

James Tan is a director at Digital Confectioners, an Unreal Engine specialist that has shipped over 19+ Unreal Engine powered games. James Tan has over 25 years of Unreal Engine experience, spanning from Unreal Engine 1 to Unreal Engine 5. Digital Confectioners recently worked on Fortnite and Dread Hunger and is now developing two new original IP games for PC and console.
