Relationship, Attachment and Inherited Family Trauma Healing Workshop

Details
Do you ever feel that no matter how much healing, therapy or personal growth work you do on yourself, relationships, especially romantic ones, are still really difficult if not impossible?
Our Attachment Style is how we bond in intimate relationships including sexual, romantic and even friendship relationships. Attachment Styles can be Secure, Insecure or Ambivalent, Avoidant or Disorganized. Often Securely Attached people settle down early and bond for life unless one partner dies prematurely. That leaves mainly Insecure (Ambivalent) or Avoidant people in the dating pool and Insecure and Avoidant Attachment Styles are highly attracted to each other. In fact, relationships between Insecure and Avoidant Attachment Styles are extremely common and often dissatisfying to at least one if not both partners. In lay terms we call this a "Runner and Chaser Dynamic" and it can be hell on earth to be trapped in one of these relationships. This is because Insecure and Avoidant Attachment Styles are two sides of the same coin and can polarize and create even more Attachment Trauma than was already there before from childhood. In fact, an Avoidant or Ambivalent person can become Insecure in a relationship with someone more avoidant than they are and find themselves "Chasing" someone who is not good for them because the dynamic is so strong. Trauma can be very compelling and repetitive in nature and result in someone continuing to reach out for connection and healing only to be rejected and traumatized over and over again. However, there is a way out. Attachment Style can be changed for the better if you understand how bonding works. This workshop is for anyone interested in learning more about Attachment or healing their relationship template weather they are single or partnered.
Trauma and Attachment Styles are inherited within families passed from one generation to the next, similar to how genetic traits are passed down. We all have a long history of ancient traumas that have been passed down to us through our ancestors and families via our DNA and family culture. For example, women often have sexual and childbirth trauma passed down to them through their feminine lineage to address, while men frequently deal with war traumas from their past male ancestors.
The systems we are a part of, such as relationships, our family system, or even a business or organization, often cause us to experience suffering and feel stuck in our lives. These systems have a profound influence on us, and we can learn to consciously influence them through the work we do on ourselves and within these systems.
Inherited Family Trauma Healing and Systemic Constellations are highly effective for addressing the systems we are part of, such as a relationship, family, or a businesses, as well as for addressing issues involving individuals who are not physically present. Constellations can also be used for Inner Parts Work, dreams, and other presenting issues. This is a powerful time of year to do this work to heal ourselves and our relationships! This workshop will be both deep and fun!
Inherited Family Trauma Healing and Attachment work of this kind is very powerful, and just a few hours of this type of therapy can be equivalent to years of traditional talk therapy, leading to positive transformative changes in one's life.

Testimonials-
“I felt stuck in my living situation and career for a long time before working with Amber. I owned a house in the Bay Area of California where the neighborhood was becoming more toxic each year. I couldn't see a way out, and my health was suffering. What I really wanted to do was to move to the Sacramento area, live close to nature, and pursue my dream job of photographing wildlife. This did not seem like an option at all due to complicated circumstances in my life until I worked with Amber. Within a few months of doing this work, my life changed dramatically, and I was able to sell my house for a good price and move to Sacramento where I started a new business doing my dream job, which has flourished. Thank you, Amber!” J. N., Sacramento, CA, Photographer
"Before Amber's Inherited Family Trauma therapy, I hadn't spoken to my father or brother since my mother's passing. Divergent views on her care had caused estrangement. After sessions with Amber, both apologized, and now I have renewed bonds with them. This unexpected healing, I owe to her." T. C. San Diego, CA, Massage Therapist and Healer
"When I came to Amber I was desperate. My teenage son was addicted to heroin and had almost died several times. I was praying constantly for his life and for myself when I found Inherited Family Trauma Healing work. The stress of my son’s addiction and his tentative hold on life was so great it had nearly killed me, and I had become ill myself. I had been going to Alanon but had felt little relief from the constant fear that he would not survive his addiction much longer. The first time I worked with Amber, I cried a lot and felt a huge relief. Within days, my son spontaneously went into treatment and got sober. This was something I had been begging him to do for years. It has been a long road, but I can confidently say that my son has almost 2 years of sobriety in recovery now and he is thriving.
I have continued to work with Amber and do IFT work and have found this work to be an incredible boon in my life in so many ways. I truly believe my son and I may not have survived his addiction without it. I am eternally grateful for Amber and this incredibly powerful work." Name withheld by request
