What we’re about
A creative community for writers, filmmakers, and storytellers.
Why I Started This Group: As a fellow creative who values faith and storytelling, I wanted to build a space where Christian artists (and those with similar spiritual/ethical principles) could collaborate, grow, and support each other's creative journeys - without the pressure to create explicitly religious content.
What We Offer:
✓ Collaborative Projects - Work together on films, plays, and writing projects (both short-term exercises and ongoing works)
✓ Constructive Critique - Structured yet relaxed feedback on scripts, drafts, and completed pieces
✓ Creative Community - Connect with like-minded storytellers who share your values
✓ Skill Development - Learn from each other across different mediums
Who Should Join: Writers, filmmakers, playwrights, screenwriters, and actors of all experience levels. Whether you're crafting your first screenplay, developing a short film, writing a novel, or exploring theater - this is your creative tribe.
What to Expect:
- Twice monthly meetings (2 hours or less)
- Small group setting (5-6 people max) for meaningful connections
- Coffee shop atmosphere around the Triangle area
- Supportive environment where your faith and creativity intersect naturally
