What we’re about
Fresh Hope is a peer-to-peer support group for those who suffer from depression, anxiety, or any other mood disorder. The purpose of the group is to learn to thrive in spite of our mental health issues. Almost everyone who regularly goes to a Fresh Hope meeting sees significant improvement in their lives.
Fresh Hope is a faith-based international group of support groups that have amazing success at helping people who suffer from depression and anxiety to move beyond learning to cope with their condition but learn to thrive and have a full, happy, and meaningful life.
We are a loving group of people from many different faiths and we do not discriminate based on religion in any way.
Fresh Hope has a proven track record as an effective approach to mental health recovery.
We are not mental health professionals and as such, we do not try and fix people. We offer loving support to each other from a shared understanding of what it is to live with a mental health disorder.
Besides our meetings, we will sponsor fun meetup events.
We meet on Mondays at 7 PM. We are also starting a group in the Renton area.
If you want more information, you can message me through this group or give me a call at 253-218-9185 or contact me through this group.
