Has anybody else noticed how difficult it has been to find a singles group for those of us who are not 50 plus at your church? I don't know about you but I don't want to wait until I'm in my '50s before I find my soulmate. The person that God has destined me to be with. I have scoured different churches websites looking for singles groups, or other Bible study groups and just haven't found anything that I'm interested in.
What I would like to create here on Meetup is a singles group where it can be utilized for Bible study but also to meet other single people that may lead us to the man or woman that God has intended for us. I don't go to bars, or clubs, and so without having a singles group with people my age where I can mingle and get to know others, I'm not quite sure where I'm supposed to find the person that God has for me as I often work from home.
If you feel the same way, if dating apps have let you down, I would love for you to join this group. Let's have Bible studies. Let's get together for potlucks. Let's do activities out on the town. Let's put God at the center of our focus when it comes to finding whom he has in store for us and see what comes. Best case scenario we grow closer to God and meet new friends. Absolute best scenario we grow closer to God, meet new friends, and find the person we spend the rest of our lives with.
