New Farm Riverwalk and Markets

Join us for a relaxed morning walk along the scenic New Farm Riverwalk — a 5.3 km out-and-back trail offering beautiful views over the Brisbane River and city skyline. The wide, elevated path includes separate lanes for walkers and cyclists, making it an easy and enjoyable walk for all (approx. 1 hr 10 min).

After the walk, I’ll be heading to the New Farm Markets to buy something to eat and drink, then spending some time relaxing in the park. Later, I’ll be taking the ferry back to the Regatta.

Anyone who’d like to join for any part — the walk, the market visit, or the ferry ride back — is more than welcome!
