This trial class is for absolute beginners to HEELS or DANCE, or both!
Welcome to a fun introduction to the world of Heels Dance. If you want to try out a sexy, feminine style, this class is for YOU!
Class will include a female-empowering meditation, energizing full-body warmup, intro to posing in heels, slow and fast walking combinations, and a short and spicy dance combo.
Sides effects include boosted confidence, a glow in the the face, voluminous hair, and ignition of your feminine energy. 🔥
