What we’re about

Living with a chronic condition isn’t easy; it takes resilience, creativity, a sense of humor and, of course, lots of strength. The emotional side effects of chronic pain – frustration, anxiety, depression, isolation; are tough. Connecting with others who experience similar feelings can help us cope and feel less alone.

Join us to share what you experience, learn from others, develop coping skills, engage in relaxation techniques: guided imagery, meditation, breathing exercises; and most importantly, develop friendship and support.

This group is for anyone coping with an autoimmune disease, chronic illness, and/or chronic pain or disability. Family members, significant others and caregivers are welcome to attend and participate in the group.
