Gentle Yoga
Details
This week I will share a practice to:
*release tension in the jaw/neck
*relieve low back/sciatica pain
*stretch the muscles of the legs
*retrain the breath to be full and deep
*invite relaxation into the nervous system
*find grounding and cultivate sense of stability
Have a yoga mat, blanket or carpeted surface to practice on, as well as a chair to support/modify any posture.
The class will be between 45-60 minutes.
