Chronic/Terminal Illness/Disability Support Group ♥️ Come meet fellow spoonies

Hello fellow sickies ♥️

My aim is to create a safe, validating, and inclusive space where we can feel less alone in this ableist society. Illness/disability can be so alienating, but we are in this together. This is a space free of judgement.

Meetings will be held biweekly on Sundays at 11am, right now we meet in the back patio of Harlow on Division. If it’s helpful to you to bring something to do with your hands, or show up in pajamas, please show up however feels most comfortable for you. I will bring a handful of prompts each meeting, but there will always be space to bring in whatever needs to be felt and heard that week.

Please message me directly if you have any questions, and/or accessibility needs. I know it is hard to get out of the house sometimes. Please let me know if I can help at all, I’m hopeful that we can find a way to include everyone. ♥️
