AIIR meditation and check in

Let's do a meditation and check in with each other. From now on we meet using Discord. Discord is an application you can download on any device, or use on a browser; it is a small community (AKA server) that allows both text and voice chats. Why am I switching to Discord? Simply put, it will have several benefits:
