This session will focus on sharing personal stories, providing emotional support, and exploring natural solutions for managing these conditions. Whether you want to learn or are looking to connect with others who understand what you are going through, this event is a safe space for open discussions and solidarity. Come learn from each other and build resilience together in our journey towards better health and well-being.

- Facilitator: The group is led by Kris Joy Sutton, a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach who specializes in chronic pain. Kris is the Director of Pain Coach Academy and the owner of Your Pain Guide. She has used these techniques to rewire her brain to experience less pain and a greatly improved quality of life. - Cost: There is no charge to attend.
- Time/Date: Thursdays at 9 am PDT / 12 pm EDT, weekly for 12 weeks.
