Chronically Hopeful

This meetup group was created to provide a place for connection, understanding, encouragement, support and friendship amongst those who love and care for those who are living life with chronic disease, illness or pain. Once we establish a solid, online connection here on Meetup, I will plan outings and places to meet locally, here in the Acworth, GA ( ATL ) area to connect in person. Please only join this group if you are committed to keeping a positive outlook in spite of navigating the many challenges faced when loving someone with chronic disease and pain. We will share both the highs and lows, but will keep an overall focus on hope in an otherwise negative situation.
