Discover Your Inner Wisdom with SoulCollage®-Menlo Park-$40

Join us for an afternoon of creative exploration making SoulCollage® cards! Discover, recover, and uncover your intuitive, creative self. Expand your self-awareness, strengthen your intuition, and access your inner wisdom. Everyone is an artist and no prior art or experience with SoulCollage® is needed. This time is for you!

SoulCollage® was developed by Seena Frost, a marriage and family counselor, as a creative tool for self-awareness and discovery. Using scissors, magazine images, and glue, you will create collaged cards representing all aspects of yourself and your story.

We start the afternoon by sifting through images and collecting those that are "calling" to us to use in card making. Then we gather in circle for a brief meditation, an exercise with one of the images, and sharing time in circle. The circle is a safe space for sharing whatever you would like about what is going on at this time in your life. All sharing is voluntary. After sharing together, we will create SoulCollage® cards. There will also be time for journaling and sharing our cards together. The journaling time brings insight and self-discovery.

No prior art or SoulCollage® experience is needed. All supplies are included. Please bring a journal and a pen. (You can find out more about SoulCollage® at http://www.soulcollage.com or in Seena's book "SoulCollage® Evolving").
