Join us for a transformative inner journey and hypnotherapy session designed to empower you to make healthier food and drink choices.
This immersive experience will guide you through deep relaxation and self-discovery, helping you align your mind and body with positive, sustainable habits. Whether you're seeking to improve your wellness, break old patterns, or cultivate a more balanced lifestyle, this session offers a safe and supportive space to explore your inner potential.

No experience with hypnotherapy is needed — just bring a willingness to relax and let go.

🕒 This is a paid online session that begins on time and lasts strictly one hour. We'll take the first 10 minutes to settle in and create a calm space together, followed by a 45–50 minute guided session. Please arrive on time so we can start smoothly and make the most of our time together.

🔗 The link for the online meetup will be shared one hour before the event with those who have RSVP’d.

🎧 To help everyone have a calm and focused experience, please use wired earphones during the session. Unfortunately, Bluetooth and wireless headsets don’t allow me to mute individual participants, which means unexpected background noise can disrupt the group. Wired earphones help us keep the space peaceful and distraction-free for all.

📩 A recording of the session will be sent to participants the day after the event, so you can listen to it at your convenience and continue to receive the benefits of the session in your own time and space.
