As I get older, I go more for time than distance. We will hike an hour and an hour back. Please bring plenty of water, wear proper footwear and feel free to rest and go at your own pace.
This is a no stress group to connect with like-minded women who aren't triathletes - yet!

This will be a BYOL event ... meaning we will picnic so feel free to bring your own lunch!!!
I moved the time to 9AM because it will start to get a lot hotter in June.
