Join me for a delicious and fun Italian cooking experience! Together, we will prepare a vibrant Italian pasta salad and authentic homemade pesto using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

During the workshop, you’ll learn:

Come spend a fun Saturday learning the art of homemade sourdough! 🍞

During this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to:

🥖 Feed and maintain a sourdough starter
🥖 Mix, fold, shape, and score the dough
🥖 Understand fermentation and proofing
🥖 Make traditional sourdough bread
🥖 Prepare rosemary focaccia
🍫 Create delicious chocolate sourdough bread
🥖 Experiment with additional flavors and variations

Because sourdough requires time to ferment, we’ll work with dough at different stages so you can see and practice the entire process.
