My first workshop was full of laughter, learning, and delicious bread, and I’m excited to do it again—with Italian focaccia included this time!

Join me for a relaxed, beginner-friendly workshop! We’ll practice feeding a sourdough starter, explore bread-making through a demonstration, and learn about fermentation and Italian focaccia. We’ll also taste homemade breads, including my chocolate sourdough with chocolate chips and maple syrup! 🍫

You’ll take home your own starter to continue your baking adventure. Just bring an apron and your curiosity! 😊
