Wings of Glory - World War 1 Aerial Combat Miniatures Game

Details

Wings of Glory is a tabletop miniatures game of World War 1 aerial combat. The game is played on a game mat with colorful, miniature aircraft and cards for damage and movement.

No experienced is required. New players are welcome!

Miniatures provided. You don't need to bring anything except your curiosity and enthusiasm. I'll supply all the needed resources.

Fly with the young men of your squadron, in their wood and fabric crates, over the Great War battlefields of France. Search the sky for the Bosch in their boldly colored flying machines. Bank and weave to avoid the deadly fire of a Fokker Triplane's twin, Spandau, machine guns. Avoid panic as bullets rip through the fabric and frame of your wings and fuselage. Get on the tail of an enemy fighter. Let rip with your trusty, Hotchkiss gun and see him bank away trailing smoke and fire.

Join the experienced and war-hardened pilots of your Jagdstaffel in deadly combat in the skies of France. Dive out of the sun in your bright red and yellow Albatros biplane on a flight of unsuspecting Frenchmen in their Nieuports. Rake the French aircraft with hot lead as you tear through their formation. Twist and turn as you dogfight with your determined opponents. Duck and bank violently as bullets whistle through your rigging and stitch the side of your fuselage. Line up on another Frenchie, let loose with your machine guns, and see him spiral down in flames.
Most importantly, have fun!
