What we’re about
This group is to bring together cofounders and stakeholders looking for a different paradigm in housing/community development. The goal is to coalesce on what we want in a designed community that is distinct from the typical subdivision market offerings to create a place that encourages human flourishing while staying in balance with the surrounding nature (ecosystem). We will initially meet to discuss the parameters of this development- how much land/characteristics of potential sites, how the development organization will be structured. Later meetings will be to visit prospective sites, plan for construction/funding phasing etc. If you are an architect, a contractor, a developer etc looking to do something different please join us. If you are in the market for a home, and have an interest/ability to build but don’t want the typical lawn and generic landscaping /car-centric setup of most subdivisions and want to choose your neighbors and be a part of something -this is for you.
