Bridging the Gap Between Analytics and Value

Customers invest in products and services that create value for them- either decreasing the cost of their product or services or enhancing the value they provide to their customers. Creating the visceral sense of excitement in your customer from the effective illustration of value remains the holy grail for any sales, product or customer team. Doing so is not just quantification or mathematical proof. It is rather stories that emerge from connecting the dots of performance data, insights and visualization with the customer’s perception of value at a given moment. Assembling and evolving these stories to meet the moment is a team sport and requires nuanced playbooks that connect and empower analytics, product, sales and customer teams. In this session, Jen will introduce a framework she has honed across several organizations to expose and overcome common value story pitfalls. This talk will feature Jen Seale, Vice President of Analytics at Olive.

Session will take place 4-5pm, followed by networking 5-6pm. Refreshments will be provided.
