Chris Nelson: Form associated Custom Elements

Recently on a project, we needed to solve the age old problem of time zones. I, as a surprise to no one, built a solution with custom elements (aka Web Components). In my first version, I did a gross hack using a hidden input, as one does. Then I learned about form associated custom elements, which let my custom element become a real honest to goodness form citizen, no hidden input hackery required!

On Wednesday, I'll tell you all I know about form associated custom elements, which shouldn't take terribly long but hopefully will be time well spent.
