Not A game Tournament

Details
Hello everyone! I have a really cool and important thing to announce 😁 Next week, May 17th we will be holding park at Camp Kern in collaboration with Not A Game LARP!
We had a wonderful time having them visit us at park this last Saturday and I think it will be extra fun going onto their turf!
Speaking of their Turf, most if not all Amtgard legal weapons pass their weapon rules AND they typically use Latex weapons like those sold by Epic Armoury and the such. If you want to see some examples you can Google them or visit YottaQuest over on reading rd as they sell Epic Armoury weapons.
We will be holding park at the regular time of 12 PM and participating in a tournament starting at 1! We will be using their fighting system for it and will be running a tutorial of their system around 12:30 before the tournament starts 😁
Since we are visiting them we will need to adhere to their rules and make sure we are being safe. I have some info passed on by the organizer Jenn Hall! We are no stranger to Google docs and waivers so if you plan to go please fill these out by Thursday May 15th by noon so they can get a proper head count and buy plenty of food.
All attendees should fill these out prior to arrival:
The Not a Game Amtgarder Registry: https://forms.gle/3yvJeHBwgijz9z1U6
The Camp Kern Waiver: https://admin.gazeboevents.com/forms/BDCBB250-94F8-4AC2-A019-B59F97D367E8
If yoy intend to participate in any Not a Game programming/tourney, The Not a Game Waiver:

And again The registration is due Thursday, May 15th, at Noon.
Their regular game times is 6pm Friday May 16th to 4pm Sunday May 18th. Anyone is welcome to come and either play their Amtgard-sona, NPC, or make their own character.
Just like our events price depends on when you get there. Friday evening is $35, Saturday is $15 (normally $45), or the whole weekend is $65. Yes the Friday and Saturday amounts stack to $50. Cabins are equipped for overnight stay, there’s electric, showers, clean bathrooms, etc.
If we come early Saturday (before noon), stay late (after like 4:30), enter the fighting tourney, or otherwise engage with Not A Game programming (go on modules, hang out in pavilion, etc), we are expected to pay Saturday’s $15 fee.
Again if you only want to participate in regular Amtgard park, it’s free like usual just at a different site.
The Tournament starts at 1pm, and will operate as follows:
*A combat tutorial of the Not a Game system and figure out what categories participating weapons will be in.
- No weapons will be sharpened, all participants will have their normal HP (10 for generic stat blocks), and all participants will have default armor (10 AP. Works the same as HP)
- We’ll conduct a round robin and then transition into brackets.
- This tournament is more about participation than testing skill, and will likely pair up people with similar win/loss records in the round robin to start.
- The winner will get a prize!
Tavern lunch will occur 2-3pm, during the tournament, to coincide with the 1v1 matches so everyone can eat while they watch/wait for their turn.
Tavern is $15-$25 per person and entitles the attendee to all meals they’re there for, snacks, and non-water drinks. (Water is free, obvs) Run at cost, so we’ll know said cost once we’ve done groceries Thursday/Friday.
Breakfast: 9am - 10am
Lunch: 2pm - 3pm
Dinner: 7pm - 8pm
