First Meeting! Planting and Preparing Your Garden (rescheduled due to rain)

Hi All,

I am Eric, an avid organic gardener with experience in permaculture and annual vegetables. I have about a half acre yard on which I have harvested over 800 pounds of food yearly. The event takes place at my urban farm/home.

For our first workshop, we will focus on things to do to prepare for planting.

This includes: building raise beds, setting up a compost heap, getting fertilizers, planning the layout of your garden, and preparing for weeds.

As well as how to make your own JADAM organic fertilizer which will save you money as well as make your garden boom.

Also, any questions you may have I will be there to answer. This is open to all levels of gardener and the topics are just what I have in mind. We can explore anything you are interested in.
