Please RSVP to the event and send me an an email with your name. Additionally, here is what laSoupe needs from our participants to get started:
An application/waiver of liability from everyone that will be volunteering, no later than one week before the event .

I need to send them a list of every team member who plans on attending so that Lasoupe can field your applications and waivers appropriately.
Once we receive the application/waiver for each individual, they will be assigned to your specific event and will receive an email of confirmation. Twenty-four hours prior to your project, everyone will receive another email containing important logistical information such as what to wear, where to park and safety/sanitary considerations.
