It's our annual "Pick the Oscar Nominations." Before the Academy will announce its Oscar choices, this is our chance to pick who should be nominated, and who probably will be.

Critics and Hollywood insiders have proclaimed One Battle After Another as the Best Picture front-runner since its release. Will it lead the field? Sinners earned raves from critics and audiences alike but came out more than 8 months ago. Does it still have enough juice? Will the Brazilian arthouse hit The Secret Agent make it in? Does Chloé Zhao get a chance to become the first woman to win two Best Director nominations for her work on Hamnet? The acting categories are particularly crowded this year. Stellan Skarsgård and Ethan Hawke are two respected veterans who have never won but seem to have momentum with their performances in Sentimental Value and Blue Moon, respectively. Will Timothée Chalamet's performance in Marty Supreme land him a second straight Best Actor nod? Do Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande get back-to-back Wicked nominations?
