Do you love movies and want to meet people your age?!
I noticed it’s really hard making new friends in CT so I’m creating this group that is a laid-back film watching club for young people in their 20s-30s where we’ll get together to talk about our opinions, hear me out takes, and just have a good time. For anyone who is new to the area, loves film, wants to go to the theaters but have no one to go with, or whether you’re simply looking for a fun way to meet people and make friends.
Feeling socially awkward or anxiety? No pressure, no need to know anyone or anything beforehand. Let’s just chill — I’ll post which theater the event will take place in and the date. As the date comes closer, I’ll post the time for everyone to book your own tickets! I’ll be at the theater early to meet everyone, and after we’ll meetup and talk about the film!
The first event will take place at the AMC Plainville. Recs for films/different theaters will always be welcome! Films we’ll watch will be from ALL genres.
