Me You Madness

We watch plenty of films from the established bad movie canon, but it's a rare treat to find a recent film that deserves to rank among them. With that, our film this month is Me You Madness! Here's the gist:

"Catherine Black is a brilliant, ruthless businesswoman who runs a top hedge fund in L.A. But below her fabulous, feminine ice-cold public facade, she is privately -- and proudly -- a murderous psychopath. Enter Tyler Jones, a handsome young conman who turns up at Catherine's Malibu mansion by a too-good-to-be-true listing for a "room for rent." Unfortunately, Tyler is unaware he's about to turn out to be her next victim."

Released just two months ago, this dark comedy has plenty going against it. Stilted acting? Check. Mostly shot in a single location? Check. A passion project written, directed, and headlined by someone with too much money and too little skill? Big check on that one.
